The Department of Economics and Planning is a structural subdivision of the university that analyzes and regulates the implementation of the plan of a set of financial and economic indicators

Main tasks:

conducting high-quality and timely economic planning of the financial activities of the university, aimed at identifying and using financial reserves in order to rationally organize financial and economic activities, implement measures to develop the material and technical base, achieve greater economic efficiency;

- development, approval and execution of the university development plan, subsequent submission of the drawn up plans and reports in due time to the authorized bodies;

- the department ensures that the directions and indicators of the strategic plan of the university are brought to the departments of the university with their inclusion in the economic development plan.

Main functions:

- collection of information, study and compilation of expert materials, on their basis, on the basis of calculations for them and in accordance with the norms approved by the authorized body, preliminary, annual, quarterly plans are developed for all structural divisions and activities of the university;

- preparation of economically sound estimates, calculations for working with tenants, paid education and other paid services provided by the university;

- preparation of a financing plan for each structural unit, control and analysis of financial and economic activities of each structural unit of the university;

participation in the formation of the university's staffing table, determination of the type of remuneration and material incentives, preparation of travel estimates;

-preparation of estimates for the provision of rental services for residential premises, canteens, sports complexes, and other services on the balance sheet of the university.
